Reference to my earlier write up on the above topic, I will like to inform everyone that I finally got the galxe passport. I raised a ticket according to instructions and it took about 3 to 4 weeks before the applications was approved.
So if you happen to experience the same, just file a ticket according to the instructions provided. If at the expiration of the 7 business days it hasn’t been solved, you would be contacted through your email for extension, another 7 business days.
You just have to be patient and you would definitely get it.
